All products sold on this Site are digital downloads (PDFs, guides, planners, and similar files). Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for your own personal or internal business purposes. You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the files with others.
- Upload the files to any public platform, file-sharing service, or torrent site.
- Claim authorship or remove any copyright notices from the files.
- Use the files to create derivative products for commercial sale without our written permission.
3. Pricing and payment
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of any applicable GST unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price at the time of your order is the price you pay.
4. Refund policy
Because our products are digital downloads that are delivered immediately upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once a file has been accessed or downloaded. However, we will provide a refund or replacement if:
- The file is corrupted or cannot be opened.
- You were charged but did not receive access to your download.
- The product is materially different from its description on the Site.
To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of purchase. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
5. Intellectual property
